Cancellation Policy

Here at Rapunzel we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment to give us a 48 hour notice. 
If you fail to meet this policy, we hold the right to charge the card held on file for 50% of services booked and up to the full amount of the appointment missed.

If a deposit is given at the time of your booking and you fail to meet our cancellation policy you are in forfeit of your deposit.

All deposits will be used towards your appointment, and are up to the individual stylists discretion.
